Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Yankton County Commissioners of Yankton County, South Dakota. These bids will be received no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, June 11th, 2020. At that time, the sealed bids will be opened and publicly read at the Commission Meeting Room in the Yankton County Government Center, 321 W 3rd Street, Yankton, South Dakota.

Such bids to provide for the furnishing of the following project for the Highway Department.

Asphalt overlay for the HWY 52 Recreation Trail

To Concrete HWY 52 Recreation Trail field approach crossings

Each bid must be completed on forms provided by the Yankton County Highway Department and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes addressed to Yankton County Auditor, 321 W 3rd Street, Yankton, SD 57078. Mark as to the type of bid enclosed. No bid checks or bid bonds will be required in the bidding process. Any bid documents not received by the Auditor by 11:00 AM or unsealed will not be opened or considered.
