Drainage Commission Meetings

Yankton County is in the process of updating our Five-Year Highway and Bridge Improvement Plan. A public meeting will be held to discuss and answer questions about the proposed updated plan. The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Government Center in the Commissioner Meeting Room. Click here to read notice

Reminder: Yankton County residents that have last name starting with S, have until September 30, 2026 to renew vehicle registration.

The Yankton County Government Center and all other non-emergency offices in the county will be closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026 in observance of Labor Day.
