Absentee Voting for the 2022 General Election starts on September 24, 2022 and is being held in the Commission Room at the Yankton County Government Center from 9:00am until 5:00pm. Our phone number is 605-260-1710 if you have any questions.

Medical Cannabis

Yankton County adopted a new ordinance regulating Medical Cannabis Establishments that took effect on November 4, 2021. To view the ordinance please CLICK HERE.
